This is one of the worst-staffed medical offices I have ever encountered. They rarely answer their phones, there are nowhere near enough chairs in the waiting room, and the front office is consistently understaffed. Patients are left standing in a scattered line inside the office and even outside the door while waiting to check in. Pain Relief Solutions has helped me throughout the years. They absolutely are the best even with injections. They’re very gentle very caring and I have a fear of needles and the person that gives the IVs for the injections. If you get put to sleep is so gentle you can’t even feel it I have no fear going in and getting my injections. Thank you Pain Relief Solutions for all that caring you’ve done for me.
I had the BEST experience today 😃 !! Who can say that after trigger point shots?? I came in a nervous MESS!! My Dr. Was slow & very kind!! I get a lot of injections- every 10 weeks from a neurologist and I'm in so much pain!! I can't believe that it was almost painless!! REALLY... I'm able to write this several hours after.Not being in a painful panic about my whole body hurting & for how long!! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
The Staff here is very attentive & friendly. I only had to wait for approximately 10 minutes before my procedure began under the care of Dr. Mercado and his technician, Ivan. I have always found Dr. Mercado to be very thoughtful & thorough. I have developed a deep trust in his continued ability to to take care of my needs.
Gave a second chance after realizing pharmacy gave inaccurate info. I knew there was a misunderstanding somewhere. Was able to speak with a provider that heard me and understood. Very impressed with office as a whole.
