Dr. Roland and his staff really care about how the patient is doing. They are very good at scheduling a time you can make as opposed to you rescheduling everything around them. Everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly and caring. In my opinion the best pain clinic and pain specialist in Kankakee.

Dr. Roland is a nice doctor but his staff is unprofessional and inept. I can't tell you how many times they neglect to call in my mom's medicine after her appointment. DAYS go by with them failing to call it in and I have to call repeatedly. This time it is 4 days! This is unethical behavior on their part and I plan to take my concerns further. Clearly, your responses to only positive reviews show how far your heads are up your you know what.

I was in so much pain when I got there. Doctor Donald Roland did my surgery and injections. That its self was very painful. But I did it. Today I have no pain I can sit without hurting . I’m so thankful for Dr Roland. The only thing different I would change if I could. I would have them put me to sleep.my insurance Humana doesn’t allow the doctor’s to give you the sleep medication in the office they want you to go to the hospital. I think that’s wrong I do it in the office to save my insurance money at the most they should ... read more

BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT GOING THIS BUSINESS!!! It appears to be a business for profit $$$ not a medical facility. I have been treated by my internist for 8 years- monthly- reg visits for a variety of illness. Osteoarthritis, Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, TMJ- Migraine- Gastritis and Gerd, IBS etc... My Dr is a internist and is a member of a large health group here in Illinois. The powers that be instructed their Drs to stop all pain meds- even if you are a legacy patient and doing well on them. He recommended a Pain Dr and due t... read more

I would give negative stars if possible. I started seeing Dr. Sharma. He is GREAT. But for some reason I can’t ever make an appointment with him anymore. The office keeps making my appointments with Russ Wudel, PA-C. He is the WORST (I can’t say doctor because he isn’t) of the worst. He doesn’t listen. He acts as if he knows what’s wrong without even hearing what I’m saying. He is rude! I wouldn’t recommend a stay dog to see him!!
