Dr. Roland and his staff really care about how the patient is doing. They are very good at scheduling a time you can make as opposed to you rescheduling everything around them. Everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly and caring. In my opinion the best pain clinic and pain specialist in Kankakee.
Dr. Roland is a nice doctor but his staff is unprofessional and inept. I can't tell you how many times they neglect to call in my mom's medicine after her appointment. DAYS go by with them failing to call it in and I have to call repeatedly. This time it is 4 days! This is unethical behavior on their part and I plan to take my concerns further. Clearly, your responses to only positive reviews show how far your heads are up your you know what.
Dr Sharma listens to your issues and tries different things to relieve the pain. It's so nice to not feel blown off and not listened to, which unfortunately went on for years for me!
Highly recommend pain and spine institute. Very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Very empathetic bedside manner and accommodating.
Lived with back issues for quite a few years and my friend told me I should try a pain management doctor, so I looked up one on the internet in my area and found the Pain & sprine institute with Dr. Roland, so glad I did. I can now walk like a normal person without any pain. Everone was great there.
