I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for 10 years now and he always has my best health interests at heart. He is always responsive to my needs in order to get me pain free. The staff at the Pain & Spine Institute are phenomenal!! Caring, friendly, and supportive!
Whoever Gabby is, she is a problem at this office. I called to try and schedule an appointment and she was extremely rude, stand-offish, and committed to not listening to me when I tried to explain who my insurance was through and why I was seeking treatment. After reading some of these reviews, I'm glad I didn't end up going to this location. My interest was to become a patient of Dr. Roland, but it's unfortunate that Gabby made this impossible. During a difficult time for me and my family I was extremely pleased with how well and professional the entire staff treated me. They are the best in what they do for sure and I would also highly recommend the pain and spine institute to anyone who has suffered any injury!?
Dr. Sharma was great. He listened well and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. The cortisone injection into my spine relieved my nerve pain completely. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma.
