We used to have a great experience and reviews for this office. We made an appointment, faxed recent x-rays, & called for another question, all done and never being told they no longer accept our insurance.Having chronic pain requires a lot to move especially leave the house. This is absolutely unacceptable.

My husband had a pain replacement on October 24, 2023. The next day he woke up screaming and crying say he felt that he was on fire! I took him to the ER and no one would help him .. Since that day , my husband has been in out of the hospital with this burning sensation, he has gone into low blood pressure, A blockage, Retina failure and now he’s having headaches that immobilizes him, and he stays in bed all day ! A very good experience did not wait long and my Doctor is outstanding always taking his time with me, I would highly recommend the Pain and Spine institute.
I absolutely love them. Front office staff are so friendly and welcoming. Jennifer is just the best. I have been seeing her for a while due to chronic back pain after emergency surgery for bulging discs. She is extremely empathetic, listens to every word I say, addresses all of my concerns, and comes up with ways that she can help me. In a nut shell, she takes the time needed. I definitely would recommend Jennifer Hinchley and Gateway Spine & Pain Physicians to anyone needing help with pain management. Sheri Tufano
