As my lease comes an end at Palio. I want to say that the past 2+years living in Palio have been great! The office people are very nice and helpful! Here and there you see garbage on the ground because people don’t know hoy to put it in the garbage can! However, maintenance crew actually cleans! They try to keep the complex clean! Looked here a few years back and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The community pool was very nice and it was an affordable place to live. I always preferred a high floor so that I didn’t have to hear anybody walking overhead and it gets your steps in with the stairs. It’s changed names over the years, but I drive by here and there and it’s still beautiful.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting for weeks for a machine repair that is the condominium’s responsibility. They promised to come fix it, but no one ever showed up. No updates, no follow-up, no consideration for the residents. It’s completely disrespectful, especially considering how much we pay to live here. They make commitments and simply don’t follow through. I truly hope this situation is taken seriously because the poor management and lack of care are becoming more and more obvious.

The office staff is WONDERFUL! The maintenance team professionalism has gone down for the last two years. No one wants to work. The on call guy didn't want to show up to fix the garage disposal since it wasn't working. He found that it was leaking. He stated be back on Monday at 930am. No one showed up. I spent the whole day waiting for the garbage disposal to be replaced due to its leaking. Which was noted on Friday. Bring back your old staff.

Luis Burgos was brought in to fix an emergency repair of the ceiling due to a previous plumbing emergency at a different unit above me. He was absolutely stellar and professional making the patch work look like nothing even was removed in the first place if you get Luis you know you’re getting a job well taken care of.
