Looked here a few years back and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The community pool was very nice and it was an affordable place to live. I always preferred a high floor so that I didn’t have to hear anybody walking overhead and it gets your steps in with the stairs. It’s changed names over the years, but I drive by here and there and it’s still beautiful.
Mold growth. Roaches. Unresponsive untrained maintenence personel. I've lived here for quite some time now, and I have lost all patience with the front office. They did not address our roach problem when it was a reoccurring issue, they allowed wasps to live in my neighbor's garage, and now they have allowed what was originally a small roof leak to turn into a blooming mold growth across our closet ceiling. Luis Burgos was brought in to fix an emergency repair of the ceiling due to a previous plumbing emergency at a different unit above me. He was absolutely stellar and professional making the patch work look like nothing even was removed in the first place if you get Luis you know you’re getting a job well taken care of.
Been living here for 5 years. Highly recommend to stay away. Will not be resigning a lease. The staff are rude. The apartments are riddled with mold. Roaches where a problem for a long time. They dont fix anything. The girls at the office, give you attitude if they have to actually do work. This past year the cops are there all the time. Do not rent from here. The maintenance is the worst they don't do anything here. The office people's doesn't have no manners wats so ever young and irresponsible that doesn't understand what hard work is. They disregard anything you tell them about the apartment. Moved in January and still with a broken refrigerator...then on the moving day the apartment wasn't even ready when we walked into the apartment it was smelling like something died in that apartment..until right now Weare having some serious issues ... read more
