Excellent place to live. Nice condo, near the tourist area, malls, restaurants, bars, Walmart and Publix.
The management here is unresponsive and difficult. The buildings are infested with roaches! It’s gross! I have another million reasons why I would not recommend living here, but those roaches are no joke, it’s actually so bad. They write fake 5 star reviews so the ones that are actually accurate get hidden. Very clear they would rather waste their time cleaning up their social footprint to sell more apartments rather than fix their actual issues to make it a respectable and livable community!
This place is absolutely vile and disgusting. Anytime I came over it was infested with roaches that nearly gave me a panic attack. The amount of trash that is thrown on the ground outside blows my mind. No one in the office seems to care about their residents. This is a health hazard to anyone that lives in this community. I would never step foot in that god forsaken place again. P.S. to Palio Management I hope you become a cockroach in your next life so someone can step on you. good riddance
I moved here from Jersey without viewing the apartment in person, just reading the reviews left here thinking "how bad could it actually be?!" and I have to say it was one of the worst decisions I ever made. Renters beware!! Do NOT move here, I have not meet anyone that lives here that is happy with their living situation in this complex. Buildings are roach infested, cars get broken into where the police come but the office acts like nothing happened, the gate codes and cards randomly don't work, there is dog poop everywhe... read more
