Friendly check-in. Never had to wait very long for my appointment. Don’t wait very long in room. Dr. Le is a good listener,, understanding, does best for me. I feel comfortable talking with her.

You can improve by respecting your patients time. When you make an appointment for someone let them know not to come in 15 mins early if scheduled at 1. If you can only handle one patient at a time do not overlap appointments. If the appointment is taking a longer than scheduled please communicate with your patient. I come in 15 mins before my appointment I am on time and I respect your time please respect my time.
