It was a very good experience with the staff and doctor there. I managed to get right in and out. All my questions were answered. Great treatment. Very friendly staff! Would recommend them to anyone having issues in this area. A+all the way 😊
Today I had an excellent experience at my appointment. For the first time in a long time, I truly felt heard. My doctor took the time to thoroughly review my lab results, listened carefully to every symptom and concern I shared, and developed a personalized care plan that is appropriate for me at 61 years old. I have been going here off and on for years and the doctors have always been very great and always minimal wait time. I'm always happy with the care received. Unfortunately, any time I need to follow up about prescription issues or procedure scheduling, can't get anyone on the phone and numerous voicemails go unreturned. Be it the medical assistant, surgery scheduler or even the office manager. I have had to literally make appointments to see the doctor to get issues resolved. This spoils the overall care experience.
The staff and doctors are very nice and professional. I always receive great care and the wait time is only just a few minutes.
Dr's., and staff always courteous and knowledgeable as to my needs. They make you feel relaxed and see to your needs while offering more options. Referrals are done in a timely manner. I'm glad I'm part of their knowledge staff.
