The pool itself is great. Unfortunately everything else they did was low quality work that was rigged at best. The results of the patio and retaining wall would be less tacky if we had paid our teenager to do it. Some examples in the pictures would be the giant blob of concrete they left right in the middle of our grass. The retaining wall was never sealed. We were sold a completely defective product by a builder who has no business building pools. We bought in good faith in 2022, the build took over two years and is still not fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable builder, not a hobbyist. We cannot get either Palmingo or the manufacturer to fix the known defects. ****Update 11.27.24 Still no resolution, or projected fix date from either Palmingo or Plungie****Update April 2025 Repair crew uncovered major defective cracks in the structure, this pool is less than 2 year... read more

Total professionals, need I say more? My experience with Palmingo Pools is truly the best I could have imagined! From the very start, they were very transparent with their pricing and did an excellent job with setting expectations. There was no obstacle that Amanda, Rebecca, and Glenn could not overcome! Their communication left me feeling satisfied with my many questions as a first time home/pool owner. If we ever need another pool installed or any pool work done, Palmingo will be my first call!
