Palo Duro Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing, everyone there was extremely kind and caring! We did not have an appointment, (considering it was an emergency) and they rushed my cat into surgery very quickly! My fur baby is now doing amazing during her recovery process. I cannot thank Dr.Hanbury enough for saving my baby! Definitely will be going to see them for all of her future medical needs. Oh and I never got the name of the vet tech, but he was the best. Been coming here for awhile. The front desk lady working on afternoon visit 17 November was exceptional, very pleasant, professional and welcoming..an improvement over a couple years ago. Dr Hanbury was very thorough and I felt confident that Itsy my 9 yr old jack mix was given good care. With improved front area staff my gals, Emmy and Itsy, and I will be back on track coming there.
I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. I usually see Dr. Kirkland and love her but I had an urgent need with my dog and he saw Dr. Hanbury and I could not be more pleased! She did an incredible job with him and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
We have had wonderful experiences with Palo Duro Animal Hospital. The staff is extremely kind and caring, and they are knowledgeable and skilled. We are so grateful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone.
There are no words to describe how awesome Dr. Hanbury and the staff at Palo Duro animal Hospital are. My dog has NEVER had a good vet visit before today and is old enough that he is nearing the last couple of years of his life. Max was so comfortable with Dr. Hanbury and she was absolutely wonderful with him. Their knowledge, patience and kindness towards me and my dog was absolutely unmatched. ❤️ Just an amazing vet!!
