We used to live in Fort Worth. And what we were paying for Vet visits there feels like extortion compared to what we pay here!!! Dr. Kirkland is awesome, her staff is great too. The price of care is very reasonable. We have 2 cats named Jadis and Michonne…. Her vet tech is the only person so far to recognize that these cats were named after Walking Dead characters! I highly recommend them!
I recently needed to take one of our cats for an urgent situation. PD Animal Hospital made room for me to drop him off. While in their care, he was well taken care of and the issue was resolved quickly. I appreciate the kindness that was exhibited by all the staff and the care and urgency they applied to our case.
Dr.Hanbury and the crew at Palo Duro Animal Hospital were absolutely amazing! The facility was spotless and smelled amazing as we walked in & they made my new puppy feel welcome and calm for her first visit. Highly recommend taking your pets here for all of their needs!
Every single staff member is so wonderful, the level of care and compassion they have is unmatched! Even if your baby needs a treatment they can't provide the will give you so much info and help on the next step. And when I had to make the hardest decision they made sure I wasn't alone. I cant thank them enough
Writing this review after some time has passed to share objective facts. Our dog had eye-removal surgery at Palo Duro Animal Hospital and was sent home without a protective cone, being told one wasn’t needed. Soon afterwards, she scratched open her incision and had to return. Apologies given, antibiotics prescribed and cone sent home. For the next follow-up (drop-off) to again check stitches, we stated in writing and verbally that no procedures or sedation should be done without contacting us first.
