Everyone there is very nice and helpful. My dog was being a tird and they didn't tell me they couldn't help him like I was told by a different animal hospital. I am very grateful for them now I can get my dog the help he needs. Thank you so much

Great place , everyone is friendly and the wait time is minimal. Dr Kirkland is kind and thorough and clearly explains to you any procedures your fur baby may be having done. They follow up with you to check and see how your fur baby is doing , answers any questions you might have and never rushes you even when you know they are crazy busy

Been coming here for awhile. The front desk lady working on afternoon visit 17 November was exceptional, very pleasant, professional and welcoming..an improvement over a couple years ago. Dr Hanbury was very thorough and I felt confident that Itsy my 9 yr old jack mix was given good care. With improved front area staff my gals, Emmy and Itsy, and I will be back on track coming there.

I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. I usually see Dr. Kirkland and love her but I had an urgent need with my dog and he saw Dr. Hanbury and I could not be more pleased! She did an incredible job with him and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

There are no words to describe how awesome Dr. Hanbury and the staff at Palo Duro animal Hospital are. My dog has NEVER had a good vet visit before today and is old enough that he is nearing the last couple of years of his life. Max was so comfortable with Dr. Hanbury and she was absolutely wonderful with him. Their knowledge, patience and kindness towards me and my dog was absolutely unmatched. ❤️ Just an amazing vet!!
