I can't say enough about Palo Duro Animal Hospital and the amazing/competent staff. After my cat's eye ulcer was misdiagnosed at Timber Creek, Dr. Smith performed a proper eye exam, identified the source and treated her with the correct meds/action plan. They even accommodated my dogs immediate need for medical attention during the follow up visit for my cat. Dr.Hanbury and the crew at Palo Duro Animal Hospital were absolutely amazing! The facility was spotless and smelled amazing as we walked in & they made my new puppy feel welcome and calm for her first visit. Highly recommend taking your pets here for all of their needs!
We used to live in Fort Worth. And what we were paying for Vet visits there feels like extortion compared to what we pay here!!! Dr. Kirkland is awesome, her staff is great too. The price of care is very reasonable. We have 2 cats named Jadis and Michonne…. Her vet tech is the only person so far to recognize that these cats were named after Walking Dead characters! I highly recommend them!
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable and informative. The care my exotic pet receives is exceptional. I am very grateful for services received.
Anytime my dog has seen Dr. Kirkland, she has gone above and beyond for him. He's very reactive and she goes at his pace and talks me through what she does. The techs are always kind and patient with him as well. The other providers don't get as invested and only seem focused on getting him out of there quickly; not necessarily a bad experience but definitely makes you favor Kirkland.
