Been coming here for awhile. The front desk lady working on afternoon visit 17 November was exceptional, very pleasant, professional and welcoming..an improvement over a couple years ago. Dr Hanbury was very thorough and I felt confident that Itsy my 9 yr old jack mix was given good care. With improved front area staff my gals, Emmy and Itsy, and I will be back on track coming there.
I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. I usually see Dr. Kirkland and love her but I had an urgent need with my dog and he saw Dr. Hanbury and I could not be more pleased! She did an incredible job with him and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
There are no words to describe how awesome Dr. Hanbury and the staff at Palo Duro animal Hospital are. My dog has NEVER had a good vet visit before today and is old enough that he is nearing the last couple of years of his life. Max was so comfortable with Dr. Hanbury and she was absolutely wonderful with him. Their knowledge, patience and kindness towards me and my dog was absolutely unmatched. ❤️ Just an amazing vet!!
Dr Kirkland was very helpful. My 8yo dog resists any effort to be tended by a vet. She had an open wound and she suffers more than most dogs from allergies. Dr Kirkland was very gentle with her and very sure that I understood the prescribed treatment. It was a very good visit and I highly recommend Palo Duro Veterinary Clinic. The medications gave my dog immediate relief and we are both grateful!
Love the techs and vets that work there reason for 4 stars is I had an appointment scheduled for my cat to get boosters for the beginning of the month and I wasn’t given a reminder call by the front desk girl and she wasn’t very friendly when we were there, was a little rude to another girl that worked there with us standing there. Prices are very reasonable as well.
