I’ve recently started taking my fur babies here after moving to Canyon, and it is very important to me that I find a veterinarian that actually knows, cares for and remembers my babies! I believe I have found that here and am so thankful. They have taken great care of my babies so far and have shown genuine care and concern for them!
The medical staff is great. My problem is with the new online software package and the office staff's indifference. I have requested by phone and in person 4 times that an error be corrected with zero results. It appears to me that the software service provider has a corrupted data file that has merged my mother's inactive file with my active file. All the doctors and staff here are amazing. We have been taking our fur babies here for over a decade, and they have given them the best care possible. They are kind and compassionate and help to give the best care possible for our pets.
Amy and her team go above and beyond for your fur babies!! They are very communicative, very knowledgeable and very caring. I wouldn’t want my animal to go any other place. We are grateful to have them in Canyon!
Caring, thoughtful and very kind staff. The vet did a great job and gave us different options for a realistic treatment plan for our pet. 10/10 recommend.
