I took my dog, Annie to Hope clinic her whole life until Dr. Faulkner retired so I have known Dr. McKnight for many years. Ever since he was a vet tech. He is wonderful!! I took my new 6 year old puppy to him and he took his time and answered all my questions. I need to bring her back for him to check her teeth again. I will do that soon.
I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. I usually see Dr. Kirkland and love her but I had an urgent need with my dog and he saw Dr. Hanbury and I could not be more pleased! She did an incredible job with him and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
Been coming here for awhile. The front desk lady working on afternoon visit 17 November was exceptional, very pleasant, professional and welcoming..an improvement over a couple years ago. Dr Hanbury was very thorough and I felt confident that Itsy my 9 yr old jack mix was given good care. With improved front area staff my gals, Emmy and Itsy, and I will be back on track coming there.
There are no words to describe how awesome Dr. Hanbury and the staff at Palo Duro animal Hospital are. My dog has NEVER had a good vet visit before today and is old enough that he is nearing the last couple of years of his life. Max was so comfortable with Dr. Hanbury and she was absolutely wonderful with him. Their knowledge, patience and kindness towards me and my dog was absolutely unmatched. ❤️ Just an amazing vet!!
Writing this review after some time has passed to share objective facts. Our dog had eye-removal surgery at Palo Duro Animal Hospital and was sent home without a protective cone, being told one wasn’t needed. Soon afterwards, she scratched open her incision and had to return. Apologies given, antibiotics prescribed and cone sent home. For the next follow-up (drop-off) to again check stitches, we stated in writing and verbally that no procedures or sedation should be done without contacting us first.
