I’ve had amazing experience with LifeStance Health, mostly due to Pam. I’ve had 5 or 6 different therapists in my lifetime, she is by far the best and the longest. Pam challenges me, while still relating, understanding, and validating. She’s encouraging and real. 10/10 would recommend.
Pam is very thorough and full of incite!! She has helped me tremendously through therapy.
I highly recommend trying LifeStance. I really like working with Pam. It took me a couple tries to find who I click with, but LifeStance allowed me to do that. Remember, when it comes to therapy, you can find a therapist that clicks with you.
Booking is easy. The person that I work with is amazing.
