The two clinicians I have seen at LifeStance are excellent. Pamela Gates has helped me a lot, enabling me to see things no other therapist has. I have a peace regarding my family for the first time. I give her five stars! But, I have had multiple problems with the billing department, where things often go wrong.
This was my first appointment with this therapist. It went well. I was comfortable talking to the therapist. She was kind and listened to me carefully. The only thing I didn't like was the connection. Connection kept cutting out and freezing.
Counseling is hard. This place makes stepping in easier. We have a lot of work to do and go but I felt so easy with our counselor and my partner during this session.
Pam was very easy to share my thoughts and feelings with she made me feel comfortable Right away. A lot of things I struggle with she could relate to. Very nice experience for me. Thank You pamela
i’ve only had one appointment with them, but it went very well. I had a very hard time getting in, but that was the same for every other counselor. I tried also. Pam was very nice, and easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to my next session with her.
