Overall the booking was ok. The girl I spoke with was u fee the impression I was scheduling my very first intake. I was actually scheduling my returning visits however she wouldn’t let me explain that. She was talking over me and NOT listening to what I was attempting to say. I finally had to say. STOP may I speak please. Then I had the oppertunity to let her know she was scheduling for the wrong amount of time. She got a little annoyed but we got the job done.
I would prefer to book appointments online or directly with Pamela so it would be easier than calling and going through menu options before talking with a person.
This was my first appointment with Pamela. I liked her energy and I am looking forward to my future appointments with her.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend Life Stance and my therapist to friends and family.
