Panhandle CTC, is a place for those who want help with opioid dependence. Its not for everyone. This place doesn't even deserve the one star you have to give it! I don't even know where to begin with this review. Heck let me start off with the fact that I no longer go to this clinic or any other clinic for that matter and was seriously working on getting back in the clinic when the director of the clinic told my dad(he attends this clinic) that he wanted to talk to me. They will get u on very high dose and then when u mess up regardless of what u do (we r addicts we relapse and we make horrible decisions and mistakes at times that why we need this help) they will kick you out, discharge you and not dose you down or at all. This is very dangerous, you can die from this. Went front 250 daily to absolutely 0. I'm very sick, withdrawals are horrible, now I am trying to find medication so I don't suffer and die. First off this clinic is clean,organized, professional and fast.second,as long as u do what your supposed to do,there's no issues,,if there is it's probably you that's the problem.I go once a month now 27 take homes and no problems ever.The staff and director Drew,first class,professional people everyday.thank you ctc for helping me to get right.
The clinit director Andrew contacted me and trued to persuade me into leaving a sister clinic because I filed a complaint. I had been almost 3 months without a counselor so i couldnt phase up and I was owed money because they waited 3 months to file with my insurance so when they finally did I was owed money. I filed a complaint and they responded by giving me a check for 500 dollars and then the next day they tell me I have to pay 177 dollars or i cant dose because they overpaid me on accident.
