The staff are lovely people. I'm take medical transportation due to a health problem. It has been nothing but a let down. The staff are aware of this as well as me living 1hour 24min away 117mil round trip. My health care worker called to tell them I would be there at 1103am. The would not see me ev. Again the lady's at the office were nothing but nice but this is just beyond belief. Hopefully things will change.
The Panhandle Comprehensive Treatment Center is the best treatment center I know. The staff is very hands on, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your unique situation and create a personalized treatment plan that addresses both addiction and at times underlying emotional issues. This clinic has had a direct and positive impact on the community of Santa Rosa County and has accomplished so much in the short time it’s been here. Every human services agency I’ve encountered speaks highly of the work they do. I believe any negative comments likely come from those who may have tried to take advantage of the system — not a reflection of the incredible service provided. Keep up the amazing work, Panhandle! Panhandle CTC, is a place for those who want help with opioid dependence. Its not for everyone. Some can not handle this program, although some of us strive!Panhandle CTC has done so much for myself and many others. The director is very compassionate and dedicated to helping us succeed. This place doesn't even deserve the one star you have to give it! I don't even know where to begin with this review. Heck let me start off with the fact that I no longer go to this clinic or any other clinic for that matter and was seriously working on getting back in the clinic when the director of the clinic told my dad(he attends this clinic) that he wanted to talk to me.
