Dr. Esparragoza was noticeably annoyed with me and scoffed because, I guess, she felt I wasn’t explaining my problem quickly or clearly enough. She also talked on top of me while I was trying to explain, finishing my sentences for me (and not always correctly). She actually rolled her eyes and said “ugh” while I was talking. I felt really uncomfortable with her.
I have left a dozen messages throughout Temple University, and her office, but no one, NOT one doctor has returned my call. I have been trying to get medication refills for my 75 year-old mother, since coming out of a rehabilitation center 3 weeks ago, and for my FMLA paperwork to be signed by her office and to no avail. If Dr. Esparragoza cannot get back to her patients, then what kind of doctor is she?
