I'd like to thank doctor Nitido and his staff for giving us, me and my dog the kind and especial treatment that we received. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very professional and addressed my dog's issue with the best treatment to take care of his illness. Now, my dog Jackson (13 years old) is doing very well and went back to normal. Dr Nitido and his team are awesome! We switched my senior pup over to Papaya within the last year and have been so happy with the level of care and professionalism they provide. We spent several years at VCA but found it impossible to schedule care or get ahold of staff when needed. Papaya was able to take my dog the same day I called! Their office is clean and modern. What an amazing veterinary experience! The lobby itself says a lot, there’s tea and coffee, private corner areas where the more scared pets can sit, and it’s just really clean and calm The actual vet himself and the techs are great. So good and soothing with the animals, lots of tasty treats for them too, and also they take their time to explain everything. Great experience with my dog! Also Kate is such a lovely host, I’m so glad I checked this place out. I had a not so great experience elsewhere and wanted a second opinion on my older chihuahua.
