My son had a wonderful time at Papillon Bright Horizons. The Directors as well as the classroom staff/teachers were communicative, supportive, asked about his preferences and needs and accommodated those, gave us daily updates, and really made my son feel at home. I feel like he thrived at this daycare and I really appreciated their structured days. He was always safe and happy and if he had a rougher day, they were very supportive. Teachers and staff are amazing. Really caring and thoughtful about our child’s development. We’ve been going here for more than 2 yrs and it’s been great. Our son has really grown. Teachers like Yanet, Marisol, Melissa and Jenny have been great! Director Jenny has been a wonderful leader and so happy we got to reconnect at this BH with her.
The quality varies from class to class. For one of the classrooms my kid has attended to, I can confidently say it doesn’t worth the money.
Immediately upon registering my child, we felt like family. The management team and all the teachers at this school genuinely care for the children and families that come through their doors. They provide meaningful and exceptional learning experiences while giving my child a healthy and safe place to grow. I one hundred percent recommend this school!
So this is the Bay area. Why am I saying this: #1. It's expensive. Tuition is high as expected, so don't be surprised. If you can accept your high rent, high housing price in the bay area, why not the day care? Are they not supposed to make as much as your landlords or mortgage banks? #2. Teachers change. Well, I think nobody wants to leave but where do you expect the teachers to stay? On the Peninsula?
