We would like to express how much we love our Wellis Hot Tub. I truthfully would give it much more like 10 Stars!! Just to have the ability to relax in it after a long day at work or when you have a backache is priceless. My son has special needs & loves when we turn on the water jets & different color lights. It was long dream of mine to purchase this. So thankful for Paradise Pools & Spas that Jeff was available to assist me with this purchase. His wife, Pat, is a long-time, & dear friend of mine.
Jeff from Paradise Pools was great to work with . I was looking for a company that had everything I needed from the purchase,delivery ,leveling the ground, and installation. His crew did a Great job, and cleaned up jobsite. 21ft round pool. Very happy
UPDATE... Delivery to our deck went perfectly! Justin, Dustin, and Chad were the greatest installers getting the hot tub up 4 feet to deck level. Now I can finish installing the deck railings, fill the hot tub and enjoy! Just put money down on a hot tub! Shop around as we did and you will end up buying from Jeff! He was very knowledgeable about the product, delivery to our raised deck, the service that they provide, maintenance and all other concerns that we had today.
Jeff is great to work with and a true professional. I purchased a brand-new hot tub last year from a company that was incredibly difficult to work with when it came to repairs. When my new tub stopped working this fall, I called Paradise Pools hoping they could get it going again without me having to come up with a ton of money.
