Paragon Marine installed a replacement 18000 btu hvac system on my Meridian Yacht. The system, by Dometic, was very problematic due to a new variable speed fan system. Wayne and his crew worked diligently to resolve some design flaws. Including considerable time spent with the manufacturer. Requiring 2 replacement units. Now the system is working properly thanks to Paragon
Excellent service and was here quickly to get my fresh water working. Had corroded pipes that broke. All is good.
Wayne is great! One thing I appreciate is that he does answer the phone. Also Ryan his assistant is very detail oriented by keeping work area clean.
