If I could give zero stars I would. Not forthcoming with charges. Will change a basic cleaning to a complete oral exam to fill there schedule. Manager does not make her staff take accountability for there bad behavior or not making the staff follow proper protocol when it comes to billing or Pre-determination so patient doesn't have to pay. First visit - it was wonderful (who ever thought you'd be saying that about a dentist). Booked with Dori who was very kind and did a great cleaning! She's been there 20 years...that should tell you something. ;) Front desk staff were wonderful. Helped to make the payment the best they could - I really appreciated that. I don't have a large insurance package, so they did what they could (which was a lot and I'm grateful). Definitely recommend them!
I have a terrible phobia of going to the dentist. I haven't been in years. I've had a bad toothache so I thought I better go. Every single person in that office is incredible! I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. If you know me, you know those words would never come out of my mouth. I highly recommend this dental office!
The best dentist office ever! Our families dentist for all our needs. As well as where my son got his braces. 100% difference. Nothing short of amazing staff, environment and service! Thank you to everyone there
