We had a wonderful experience at the dentist with my daughter. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they made her feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The dentist was gentle, patient, and great with her. She left with a big smile, and as a mom, that made me so happy. Highly recommend! ❤️
The hygienic that took care of me today was probably the best I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain things that I did not know I’ve been doing wrong for several years and some things that we need to change certain habits on as we get older as our teeth gums and bone are not in the same shape as they used to be. Please listen to client concerns during new patient registration. I reached out to this place after already spoken with 5 other dental places last week, ofcourse after checking the reviews. My dental insurance customer support confirmed on coverage on few tests, but couple of dental places with whom I felt the connect unfortunately confirmed that those tests aren’t covered. I honestly never thought I would have to write a review like this, but my experience at Paramount Dentistry has left me extremely hurt, frustrated, and disappointed. My first experience at this office was already concerning. I was not adequately frozen for dental work and had to literally direct the dentist where I was still feeling pain so that more freezing could be administered. I am always greeted with a smile, when I go there. They treat me like family, not a patient. They ask if I'm okay, while working on me, letting me know what each step will be, as they're about to do it. Don't get me wrong, I'm afraid of dentist trips too, but I'm pleased with paramount dentistry. They're friendly, but professional, always looking to give you a great smile.
