Community office has been closed for nearly a month. Have left several voicemails with no response or call back. Voicemail is no longer an option because the system is full. Precious manager was friendly and an effective communicator. Maintenance man says the regional manager is now running community. We are tearing down and relocating the home to a different community at no cost. Suggest other residents do the same
There is no way that anything this company touches works out , I am just an investor bought a house it' was really bad !!!, but I got it liveable and then I got it nice and then I made it beautiful!! I am over 1/2 done and this place tried to evict me !! Well technically they did , they removed my security cameras and Alexa devices and it's all gone ! Our experience over many years with Park Estates has been interesting to say the least. While changing management lead to a lot of uproar, and quite frankly left many without hope. What is amazing is within a matter of months Kim K. has made this place everything it needs to be. Prior to there was zero contact with the office, they left many without ability to pay due to taping the rent boxes. Instead of working it out- they took everyone to court. As residents of Park Estates since 2016, my partner and I are now even more proud to call this home. It took some months after signing the lease that we realized this park was having serious problems with an unqualified park manager in charge and the maintenance workers, which were only two at the time, and were con artists.
