Absolutely AMAZING service from Terri. She is so kind and really looks out for her tenants. The apartments are so clean and well kept. As a tenant who has had her family visit the apartments, each one of them has talked about how they would live here if they could. I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone!
Park Oaks is really quick with work that needs to be done. It's a good place to live. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoy relaxing out there. I highly recommend them.
Terri is amazing!!! One of the nicest people I've met in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure my new apartment was perfect before moving in. Her communication was great. Her and the entire staff is so nice and made me feel so welcome. This is a big deal for someone that just came to Louisiana from a different state. Maintenance is very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Complex is super clean and very quiet. Loving it here!

My 20-month stay at Park Oaks was filled with unpleasant and frustrating experiences—even after moving out. I do not recommend moving in, and I strongly suggest current tenants consider relocating once their lease ends. Here’s why: Pros: 1. Location – Centrally located in Metairie and close to New Orleans.
