I've been at Park Oaks for over 5 years now and have had an amazing rental experience. The front office staff Terry and Morgan, are always kind and courteous. They conduct regular check-ins over the phone to make sure that everything is going well with my unit. I rarely have issues with my unit, but when I do, George and his team respond quickly to any maintenance tickets that I submit. I truly appreciate having a staff that cares about their tenants, and I will be renewing my lease with Park Oaks again.
I have been living here for 10 months and I haven’t had any issues. The staff is very friendly especially Ms.Terry in the office. Maintenance is quick to respond. It is very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.
Absolutely AMAZING service from Terri. She is so kind and really looks out for her tenants. The apartments are so clean and well kept. As a tenant who has had her family visit the apartments, each one of them has talked about how they would live here if they could. I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone!
Park Oaks is a beautiful apartment complex with lots of trees and garden areas. The maintenance is amazing and always done in a timely manner. The staff is very nice and professional.
Terri is amazing!!! One of the nicest people I've met in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure my new apartment was perfect before moving in. Her communication was great. Her and the entire staff is so nice and made me feel so welcome. This is a big deal for someone that just came to Louisiana from a different state. Maintenance is very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Complex is super clean and very quiet. Loving it here!
