Lisa has been the best part about living here. Your landlord/property manager is very important, and she is always VERY responsive, keeps you up to date, and proactive. Anytime we had a problem it was fixed very quickly. Thank you Lisa for making us feel welcome & being the best property manager we have had. The apartments are chill as well nice and quiet.
It's okay but the furniture are very old like a refrigerator, stove, bathtub. It would be better to have ceramic floors instead of carpet.
I love my new home! The management and staff are phenomenal and really work with you through the entire leasing process. As for the grounds- they are beautifully maintained! The apartment was neat and clean and ready to go without a glitch on move-in day. The unit is in great condition and I couldn’t be happier. My pup also loves the property with plenty of space to explore on her walks and plenty of windows to watch the world go by during the day. We are thrilled with our new corner of the world!
I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!
On my second year at Park Oaks Apartments. I enjoy living here. Good security purposes, must have key to enter into building, or code to gate. Love the size of the apartment, an the extra closet space. Pool area very nice and tranquil. Nice mailroom on property. Management and maintenance are on top of everything. Walking distance to grocery stores, walk or sit by levee. Great place to live.
