These apts are terrible! There is constant smell of Marijuana in my building. Noise early in the evening till late at night. There was also bed bugs in the building in my apt as well as others. The apt below mine with the old tenants had multiple people living in it and was infested with bed bugs...nothing was done until they moved out. Front door lock isn't working so the door isn't locking shut. I've seen an orange cap from a syringe outside the building. Trash around dumpsters is ridiculous. Been living here for almost 3 years. Nice and quiet and decent sized apartments. Yes stuff breaks but maintenance has always been pretty fast. My heat broke in the negative temps a few nights ago and Mike was over the next morning and took care of it immediately even though it seemed he was juggling 5 other apartment heaters at the same time so huge shout out to Mike.
I don't know to much about the office and the drama of this place I'm purely basing my rating off of the fact of how impressed I was with the quietness of this place. I was visiting a old friend we was smoking on her patio and it literally was peaceful asl . Her apartment was actually nice too very clean and looked bug free I'd live her if I could afford it basically check it out cause it's in a good area but the traffic is crazy lol
I’d like to give a shout out to the maintenance/ground crews! Always kind, always working hard. Communications with/from office aren’t always smooth, but this can clear up. The workout room could use a HEPA air purifier, due to it being a tight space, especially with flu season coming up. [This review is subject to change]
Mike from maintenance came in and fixed my heater after several others had come in and hadn't been able to find the problem for about a month now. He took his time to fix all my vents and was super helpful. Thank you Mike.
