These apts are terrible! There is constant smell of Marijuana in my building. Noise early in the evening till late at night. There was also bed bugs in the building in my apt as well as others. The apt below mine with the old tenants had multiple people living in it and was infested with bed bugs...nothing was done until they moved out. Front door lock isn't working so the door isn't locking shut. I've seen an orange cap from a syringe outside the building. Trash around dumpsters is ridiculous. I don't know to much about the office and the drama of this place I'm purely basing my rating off of the fact of how impressed I was with the quietness of this place. I was visiting a old friend we was smoking on her patio and it literally was peaceful asl . Her apartment was actually nice too very clean and looked bug free I'd live her if I could afford it basically check it out cause it's in a good area but the traffic is crazy lol
Mike from maintenance came in and fixed my heater after several others had come in and hadn't been able to find the problem for about a month now. He took his time to fix all my vents and was super helpful. Thank you Mike.
woody is a great maintenance man, office SUCKS they never answer calls MY BUILDING ALONE makes 480,000 a MONTH and they couldn’t help me with heating assistance or give me extra time on my rent even though we are in a RECESSION!!!!! it’s fine i don’t plan on renewing my lease @ park place. it’s always nice here and pretty quiet but they are going to continue to RAISE the rent and they are NOT low income. sorry to say i moved into my first apartment at (17) in evergreen rent was $989 now my apartment in park place is 1200/mon... read more
After considering multiple factors, I have changed my review from "dismal" to 4 stars. Why? Over the 4 years that the media and gvt drilled the "pandemic" is gonna get cha into us, pandemics last months, not years by the way, EVERYTHING was colored in with the Twilight Zone palette of colors. Nothing was normal. I was too hard on the mgmt. That have limited resources. The maintenance guys go above and beyond to try and make things right. The location is excellent. The price is reasonable.
