Hello, we had some issues with our AC since it was the weekend we call the emergency line and Matt maintenance guy from Manchester west was amazing, very professional, honest and funny. My husband and I are very thankful for his help. WE GOT OUR AC🥳🥳🥳🥳
Infested with mice, multiple maintenance requests ignored, rude staff who most times didn’t return calls. Maintenance of 6 men broke into my apartment while I was home sick from work sleeping. McKinley is the rudest group of staff I’ve ever dealt with. It’s beyond ghetto, do yourself a favor, never sign with McKinley properties. They are SLUM LORDS!
UPDATE 2/19/2024 On February 8th I submitted a maintenance request due to bed bugs present and they appeared to be coming in through a crack in the foundation. I have been misled repeatedly by the office since being told the exterminator will come out, but no one has. I am just told every few days someone will come, but they never do, so you’re clear that means there has been NO inspection, no on site response. I’ve missed work and spent $$$ in trying to deal with the bugs on my own. It’s mental torture and physically pai... read more
The maintenance crew here is phenomenal, specifically Matt and Jake. I experienced a major plumbing issue tonight, which required a call to the emergency maintenance line. They were here within minutes to diagnose and address the problem. The issue required a plumber to resolve. Matt and Jake kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive. The issue was resolved within 2 hours of making the initial call.
woody is a great maintenance man, office SUCKS they never answer calls MY BUILDING ALONE makes 480,000 a MONTH and they couldn’t help me with heating assistance or give me extra time on my rent even though we are in a RECESSION!!!!! it’s fine i don’t plan on renewing my lease @ park place. it’s always nice here and pretty quiet but they are going to continue to RAISE the rent and they are NOT low income. sorry to say i moved into my first apartment at (17) in evergreen rent was $989 now my apartment in park place is 1200/mon... read more
