I had such an awesome experience getting my teeth cleaned by Natasha! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Natasha made me feel completely comfortable, explained each step, and was so gentle yet thorough. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and the whole process was quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch dental visit!
I had such a great experience with Natasha and Ted. They were incredibly thorough, and the entire visit felt professional yet kind. A Traumatic and Unprofessional Experience This office has serious issues with its staff and patient care, which I experienced firsthand during two visits. While the front desk receptionist, Teddy, and a kind female tech with tattoos were accommodating during my first visit, the rest of the experience was a complete failure. During my initial appointment, a technician rudely and unprofessionally argued with the dentist over a protective x-ray coat, which was taken from my room. Dr Rieger is an exceptional Dentist. He takes care of his patients like family. His work is outstanding. He also has a fantastic staff. I drive from Hollywood to Pompano to see him and the drive is well worth it.
Really uncomfortable atmosphere and the employees seem like they don't even want to be here. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but you'd at least hope for your health techs to put your fears at ease. Not here, if you show nervousness they just get exasperated, like you've just made their job harder. I would never get my fillings done here, I'd rather go to a place that tries to accommodate their patients
