I had an excellent experience at Park Plaza Dental Care. Natasha, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and explained everything as she went, which really put me at ease. During my cleaning she caught a small cavity I didn’t even realize I had, and the team was able to take care of it right away. It saved me an extra visit, and I left feeling genuinely cared for and with a much brighter smile.
I had such an awesome experience getting my teeth cleaned by Natasha! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Natasha made me feel completely comfortable, explained each step, and was so gentle yet thorough. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and the whole process was quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch dental visit!
I had such a great experience with Natasha and Ted. They were incredibly thorough, and the entire visit felt professional yet kind. The office is spotless, welcoming, and conveniently located with its own parking (a huge plus in Broward/Palm Beach!). Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. would not recommend at all I was ignorant in giving them a check for approximately $500 but when I decided I did not want to proceed with what they wanted to sell me they refused to refund my money. Went to another dentist and received same service for 1/3 the price They responded to my review saying I should call to make it better I called and They did not they just argued with me they were very rude. I got the impression that they were annoyed with my going to another dentist.
Natasha is an exceptional hygienist, Ken is the best dental tech. My crowns were perfect! Plus Dr Rieger is excellent too. Kudos to the whole team!
