I absolutely love this community! It’s quiet, cozy and everyone is so friendly. Particularly the Kindred Homes team! They’ve been nothing but a huge help and their kindness has been so appreciated. If you’re looking for a sign to move to this area this is it! Not to mention the quality & designs of their homes are highly curated. I was amazed to find out they’re one of the few builders who uses a special spray foam insulation. Couldn’t recommend a better builder. Not enough words to express my gratitude for Caroline. She went beyond her way to help us with our home. From start to finish, Caroline always remained professional and always made us feel valued and confident about our purchase. I’d recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home with Kindred. Thank you so much, Caroline!
Caroline is a breath of fresh air to work with. I reconnected with her looking for homes with a relocation that is coming up for summer 2026. The community here in Forney is a hidden pocket, it was a delightful tour. The floor plans were open, spacious and REASONABLE! No mud or pid makes in a win, highly recommend this location and you cannot go wrong with the expertise onsite at this location. Chilpa J. - Realtor GRI, MP Relocation Specialist Century 21 Dallas
I do not have a Kindred Home yet, we have never heard of this company. What a great experience, the sales representative Caroline told us about this company and how they have been around for over 20 years and the high quality that they build which goes above the standing homes we have looked at. It is such a good thing to see people who love what they Great, great experience today! John and Karl Karrington
