I absolutely love this community! It’s quiet, cozy and everyone is so friendly. Particularly the Kindred Homes team! They’ve been nothing but a huge help and their kindness has been so appreciated. If you’re looking for a sign to move to this area this is it! Not to mention the quality & designs of their homes are highly curated. I toured the homes this past weekend and they are very lovely homes, you can get a lot of nice features for the price. Being a first-time homebuyer, this is an affordable community and one of the nicest communities in Forney. I met Keaton while we were touring one of the inventory homes, he put us at ease and did not pressure us, he was trying to help guide us to the right home for our family. I highly recommend Kindred Homes, I met Keaton last weekend and he patiently answered all my questions, yes I asked a lot of questions, lol. You don’t buy a home every day and I appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge. I can tell he has been selling new homes for a long time. We had such a great experience with Kindred Homes at Park Trails in Forney! The neighborhood is beautiful, family-friendly, and in a perfect location close to schools, shopping, and dining. The homes are thoughtfully designed with open layouts, energy-efficient features, and quality finishes that really stand out compared to other builders.
