I absolutely love this community! It’s quiet, cozy and everyone is so friendly. Particularly the Kindred Homes team! They’ve been nothing but a huge help and their kindness has been so appreciated. If you’re looking for a sign to move to this area this is it! Not to mention the quality & designs of their homes are highly curated. We were very interested in purchasing a Kindred home and spent significant time going back and forth with the sales team regarding the home, lot, earnest money, incentives, and our need for an Existing Property Contingency. Our frustration is that during the process, we were given the impression that certain items could potentially be worked out or presented for approval.
