James has been an excellent manager. He responds quickly and addresses all matters, whether they’re personal or related to the apartment. He has always been polite, professional, and flexible with my needs as a tenant. James goes above and beyond to ensure things are handled promptly and smoothly, which has made living here a positive experience. His dedication and approachable manner make him a pleasure to work with.
After years of frequent repairs and management turnover, our current manager, James, has truly turned things around. I’ve lived here 17 years and appreciate the working call box, streamlined repair forms, and, most importantly, timely responses. I’m a current tenant in the building going on 6 years, I’ve read a few of the other reviews and I have to agree on what they said about previous issues (homeless, repairs, etc), however with our new manager James things have taken a turn for the better. Little by little James came in to turn things around and get things done quickly. No lie I had been asking for a new dishwasher since I moved in, previous tenants made sure it was not usable for the next tenant. All the bad reviews are absolutely true BUT look at how old they are. We have a new manager James who actually takes care of things and is slowly but surely improving life here at Park View. There’s still a lot to be done but I have confidence things will only get better.
