The new manager, James, has made a huge difference in my experience at this building. Under the previous management, repairs were rare, but now the turnaround time is impressively quick. James is polite, attentive, and always responsive to tenants’ needs. He communicates clearly, follows up on every request, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in maintaining a great living environment. The building feels better managed and more welcoming since he took over
Have been living here for about three years now and have so much to say about how amazing of an experience it has been. They actually recently had a new apartment manager take over who has improved so much about this place and I actually have to move back pretty soon to Arizona and I wish I could stay.
