I’m a current tenant in the building going on 6 years, I’ve read a few of the other reviews and I have to agree on what they said about previous issues (homeless, repairs, etc), however with our new manager James things have taken a turn for the better. Little by little James came in to turn things around and get things done quickly. No lie I had been asking for a new dishwasher since I moved in, previous tenants made sure it was not usable for the next tenant. All the bad reviews are absolutely true BUT look at how old they are. We have a new manager James who actually takes care of things and is slowly but surely improving life here at Park View. There’s still a lot to be done but I have confidence things will only get better.
I have been a tenant here for 2 1/2 years and have had nothing but good experiences with management. James is always available to assist with any concerns or repair requests :)
Hi, this is a nice Aprtment. We have the best manager in the building always helps and fix anything we need. Overall I say good job james. Keep it up ✌️
