On site staff are nice decent people however working with the rental company has been a complete disaster. Switching over to paylease has been nothing but a headache. They make the transition sound like it's been smooth but it hasn't been. They charge you for literally everything they can. Pay to process rent with your credit card even though I was told it would be waived monthly. (Never once was waived) everyone may have an extra 24 dollars to waste on processing a rent payment but I don't. Car has gotten broken into multip... read more
Upon moving into this apartment in October 2016, the staff were wonderful. The landlord was one of the sweetest people on the whole planet, Less than a month in we started seeing there strange bugs.... sure enough cockroaches.... I have never grown up with any sort of bug like this before! So I was hesitant to call it one. In the past 30 days we have had the exterminator there 3 times. I have been there 10 years and I love living here an I wood tell other people about living her I feel so safe living here.
I am KENNA, I love this apartment and it is very nice, convenient access to HYWY 35N and downtown Saint Paul. The appointment manager is friendly and customer service is very nice. The cleaners and mantainance are so nice. Lived there for three years and I wanted to thank you for all your service well for me and my family.
It has been good living here. Great job on the last inspection. Only to say summer getting Closer but spring next.
