Park Vista is Home!!! Park Vista has extremely spacious 3 and 4 BR cost-effective townhomes that are really comfortable for family living. The property is located in a quiet area, but still lies central to all the stores and necessary shops. It's a very family oriented and kid-friendly environment. There are after school and summer lunch programs, localized bus stops for the nearby school (from Kindergarten to High School) within the complex, and plenty of nearby parks!!!!
never answer the phone I have been calling for weeks now and no one ever answers the phone
Not a place to call home This place is a joke. There is not parking and the few non resvered spots will soon be turned into reserved spots. Management is terrible. The property manager does bare minimum if that. The place is always littered with trash and the roads are terrible.
Park Vista Townhomes Since Natalie and Cindy have left and there have been new owners things have really gone downhill. They expect so much from the residence but yet uphold so little of their own rules and don't seem to have their own crap together but yet judge everybody else. Go Anywhere Else Go literally anywhere else. If the lack of parking isn't enough to scare you away, your fellow residence are rude, my friends door looks like someone shot tiny bb gun pellets at it, and your car WILL get towed for any reason they can think of. Your car is blue?? oh yeah, you're getting towed. Oh you just had to run inside real quick to grab your wallet? Probably gonna find your car missing when you come back. Go to literally anywhere else.
