My work utilizes Park West for two storage rentals and the facility grounds are always clean and easily accessible. I have worked with James several times when it comes to billing and he is always available to assist with my questions and helps me clarify things when needed. They are easy to get ahold of and are always friendly. Definitely would recommend them for any business or personal needs.
Always a good experience James was top notch with customer service and support. Very knowledgeable & very helpful. Does an awesome job. Just a suggestion I know the facility office is kinda small but a few chairs maybe outside for the older people to sit when there’s a bit of waiting time. Just a suggestion. Great job James !!!

Customer service is always great . Employees make my time here very easy. Overall a great place and good security for your storage .
Love this storage! Ive had a few units before and this one is by far the cleanest and safest! Most storages are automated these days so you never see anyone, however, the staff here are always present and attentive. Debbie was the sweetest and made opening my account so easy. James is always driving around and cleaning, and making sure everyone is having a great day!
