My work utilizes Park West for two storage rentals and the facility grounds are always clean and easily accessible. I have worked with James several times when it comes to billing and he is always available to assist with my questions and helps me clarify things when needed. They are easy to get ahold of and are always friendly. Definitely would recommend them for any business or personal needs.
Always a good experience James was top notch with customer service and support. Very knowledgeable & very helpful. Does an awesome job. Just a suggestion I know the facility office is kinda small but a few chairs maybe outside for the older people to sit when there’s a bit of waiting time. Just a suggestion. Great job James !!!
The manager (Debbie) was a wonderful lady always going above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend renting from park west self storage it's clean and safe and it's secure. If I ever need to rent again it will definitely be with park west self storage.
Parkstorage is excellent place for storage. It is at a nuce and calm place. The management is excellent and very understanding. Their rssponse is very timely. I used the service for 6 months
