Today, Sarah was so helpful. I was worried about getting the correct unit and she patiently walked me through the entire process and help me pick the one that worked out perfectly for me. I’m super satisfied with my experience. I’m very thankful to be a customer.
Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Clean grounds and well kept landscaping. Nice wide entrance makes it easy to navigate with a large truck. Entering and exiting is not an issue as it is located at the end of a dead end street.
Love this storage! Ive had a few units before and this one is by far the cleanest and safest! Most storages are automated these days so you never see anyone, however, the staff here are always present and attentive. Debbie was the sweetest and made opening my account so easy. James is always driving around and cleaning, and making sure everyone is having a great day! Customer service is always great . Employees make my time here very easy. Overall a great place and good security for your storage .
My unit was broken into within the first 3 months. Since having the unit my storage fee has been increased by 50% of the starting price. Although the unit is close in proximity to where I live, it is extremely expensive compared to other storages under the same company. I do appreciate the customer service which keeps the score at 3 stars.
