We had an amazing experience at the storage facility today with James. He was very transparent, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Great customer service and super friendly. Highly recommend park west storage unit, ask for James if you need a storage
By far the very best storage facility around. It is well taken care of by Debbie and James. They are both busy working all the time. The place is clean and free of insects and secure. It’s nice to know that I have managers as Debbie and James watching over my things. Debbie and James have become a trusted friend. Very friendly and accommodating for all my needs. The personnel running this storage business have always been professional, friendly and eager to help. This business is kept clean and my storage unit has never had any evidence of vermin. The price of the units has increased in conjunction with the rise in the cost of living. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for storage.
Clean storage center easy enough to use the website and obtain a space. However, their pricing has Continuously gone up, month over month with no reason given for the increases. I will be looking for a cheaper space.
