parkview apartments clean and quiet building. small and comfortable atmosphere. outdated but reasonably priced living. caretaker is nice and manages building very well.
Old building Not enough room for parking .A lot of bugs in the apartments.Low water level.There are varments everywhere.Dirty hallways and people who smoke dope.JUST A BAD NEIGHBOR HOOD.
Mice, cockroaches, and other bugs. Loud noises coming from heating vents. If you want somewhere clean and quiet to live, look elsewhere.
