A Honest Review I will first start off by addressing the "thin walls" comments you have read in the other reviews. I would have to agree with those comments for the walls are actually really thin. I am on the second floor & I can hear my neighbors above me walking, talking sometimes & also hear their tv's. Does this bother me? Honestly no it doesn't. Good Experience My wife and I lived here for almost 3 years in a 1 bed, Den / 2 ba. We recently moved due to job transfers. They were well run and overall we had a good experience here. The maintenance guy, Buck, was always outstanding and fixed any issues within a day. Pros: Great location. You are within walking distance of Pangborn Park.
