Finally have a person who vacuumshallways, fixed garage door, new carpeting in hallways…great addition. Why don’t we get information about happenings in complex, like projects etc. in monthly newsletter….nothing! That would helpful. We hear nothing from office.
Very friendly people. Enjoy peaceful quiet time. Events held and enjoy very much. Even deer, turkey and rabbits walk through the yard.
I was the second tennant to lease at what was then Highland Park Senior Living (2002). We have since had multiple owners/managers. Having said this, there are ups and downs. However, I have never, in all of these years, wanted to live elsewhere.
Laurie and Michelle are very helpful. Regardless how busy it seems they always make time to answer questions or concerns. You can tell they actually care.
I asked staff to do a welfare check on my Mom, they refused. I got a concerned phone call so I'd like it checked out. hmmmm GB police on their way.
