I lived here for 3 years, and I love Ms. Lidia, she is very nice and sweet to me and helped me with first moving in when I was 19, thank you so much, maintenance is amazing I love Mr. Donald. Thank you for a place I can call home

Parkway Manor is a great place to live! I have been living here since February, 2022. It’s nice to be on the outskirts of Lexington and have some peace and quiet rather than hearing sirens all the time. Management: Lydia Perez is caring, helpful and kind and will return your phone calls and emails and send maintenance to fix any issues your unit is having. I have a leak in my kitchen somewhere because there's mold growing underneath the sink and where the dishwasher is, and the wood is rotting away. Myself, daughter and my dog are all sick from this shit. Not to mention this place has been bug infested since the day I moved in.
I live at Parkway Plaza. The apartment manager, Lydia Perez, came in my apartment and verbally abused me because I see unhealthy conditions in the common area hallway. She told me I would out in six days. That is threatening behavior. She called me names attacking my character which is slander. She told me I could not talk to her.
