The staff in the office are consistently helpful and friendly, from the initial phone calls to the check-in process throughout the appointments. Fatima is truly exceptional! She is not only efficient and quick, but she also always takes the time to demonstrate to my 11-year-old how to care for her braces. I greatly appreciate how she explains everything clearly to both the patient and the parents. Thank you.
I have been a patient here since summer 2024 with Invisalign treatment. Dr. Desi is super knowledgeable and PATIENT. He' such a caring provider. His staff are all also really friendly and professional and helpful. Shout out to Dory, she has always helped me with a wonderful attitude. The facilities are always clean and well lit, and they have treats! So happy I chose this practice.
My son started with parmer lane orthodontist 1 year ago and it has been an easy going and wonderful experience. I started out unsure of how I would even begin to afford to put my son through braces while going to school in the medical field and holding down everything else in life. Parmer Lane Orthodontics is HEAVEN ON GUMS (Earth)! No really, this place has such an elegant atmosphere from the moment you step your pinky toe in the facility. It’s clean, fun, and friendly! The employees are happy, radiant people. You will feel extremely comfortable and safe here. Please give them a stop by! They’re well educated professionals with great personalities. incredible! best orthodontist experience i’ve ever had. i had my permanent retainer break over the weekend, and there were able to see me on Monday! and they even moved up my time when i found out i could go sooner. furthermore, Dr. Dip Desai & staff (Luna and Frieda) were incredibly warm and helpful. i got exactly what I needed and plenty of info on my question for where to go for a cleaning. go here for sure!!
