I’ve been in my townhouse for almost 2 years and I love it. I know E St Louis has a bad reputation but this neighborhood is really nice and quiet honestly. My kids are able to go outside and enjoy themselves with other kids in the neighborhood with no problems.
My experience was great, Tammy was so nice & helpful, matter fact everyone in the office is.. I love my townhouse & the neighborhood, my kids can go outside and be kids. I originally applied for a 3bd room but none were available, my townhouse is pretty spacious so I’m ok with that! Yawl should check them out
Parsons place has went down. They got a one man cutting service who was cutting grass at 9:00 p.m. last night. The parking is out of control, no rules and empty threats. Repairs and preventative maintenance is a joke. I haven't even heard back on a number of work orders I placed. The appliances and doors and windows are old and need replaced. The rent goes up every year but there are no improvements to the property. I'm paying enough to get my own home now. So that's what I'm doing, looking to get out of here before someone ... read more
“I had a wonderful experience with Alois, the property manager at Parsons Place. She was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with someone so attentive and kind — thank you, Alois, for making the experience so positive
It's a nice ducked off community that has some cool amenities for the community and the apartments are spacious considering relocating to them
