It is not what I expected the rent is to much for these small rooms 1236$ and the first day I go to move stuff in the roof is leaking and the floors was flooded
I absolutely love my apartment. It’s a very quiet neighborhood unfortunately my kids don’t like the quietness but they love the pool! So far so good outside of me working with only 1 kitchen sink cause no one ever came to fix it since I’ve moved. I love it .
I moved from Tennessee back to Illinois and this was my first pick. Although over the phone I was having trouble hearing but I went to the office. They were so polite and helpful with showing me the process of the application and explaining to me that because I am on section 8 the process may take a little longer. They have a great move-in special and I pray me and my twin boys get a move in. They have a very clean and neat area probably the best place in East St. Louis that I’ve seen so far. The new recert process is easy. Tammy was patient with me navigating the internet
They kept canceling my tour for the apartments and never gave me a reason why or any other alternatives to get an apartment and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve sent emails and text wondering why because I was confused and no one has cared to even answer back.
