Absolutely top tier service! We ordered enough lounge furniture to fill an entire ballroom in a hotel. Everything was perfect. From communication before the event and leading up to it, to delivery and pick-up.. High quality service, completely recommend for anyone who needs furniture rentals.
We loved looking at everything that Party at the Moontower had to offer for wedding rentals. They had so much variety, and so many fun options that it was hard to narrow it down. We especially loved the Golden Cadillac Bar and the cozy vibes it brought to our wedding reception. Dropoff and pickup of all of our rentals went off without a hitch, and really helped make our big day run smoothly.
Love the unique pieces that Party at the Moontower has in their inventory. They are so easy to work with, accommodating and understanding with last minute changes. I had a last minute ask and was in need of branded rentals for an event my brand was sponsoring. Shannon, Olivia and team were swift to respond and so easy to work with. They surpassed my expectations on a quick and scrappy branded experience and will definitely be using them again whenever we have any events in Austin!
Our couple were one of the unfortunate couples that had to pivot very last minute when their catering company shut down so all the rentals we had through them also were gone. We were scrambling for a few major items that we needed to rent and Moontower came in so clutch! We were able to get everything we needed super last minute from them and it was only possible because of how amazing their communication was and how helpful their eye for design was. It was truly a collaborative effort and it turned out so beautifully!
