Pat Miller and his team did a great job from start to finish. The whole experience was relatively simple and everyone involved took care of us like we were family. Pat and his team were always available when we had questions. Sarah was especially helpful with navigating the VA inspection requirements, Adam was great at responding in a timely manner, and Pat himself was very knowledgeable and helpful when we needed his expertise. Great experience overall and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Pat, Sarah and their team were incredible! We had to switch lenders in the middle of our sale and Pat and Sarah worked miracles to stay on the tight closing timeline. They communicate quickly and are wonderful people. This was our 4th home using Pat and his team and highly recommend.
