Pat Miller and his team did a great job from start to finish. The whole experience was relatively simple and everyone involved took care of us like we were family. They were well organized and the online tools and apps made for easy transfer of documents and communication. If we had questions, not a day would go by that someone on the team would respond with the answer or at least with a timeframe for when to expect an answer. Pat and his team were always available when we had questions. Sarah was especially helpful with navigating the VA inspection requirements, Adam was great at responding in a timely manner, and Pat himself was very knowledgeable and helpful when we needed his expertise.
