Pat and his team at Southern Trust helped my wife and I purchase our Virginia Beach home while we were living out of state. Pat, Adam, Sarah and Spechel were friendly, reliable and trustworthy - which helped us feel comfortable transacting from so far away. Pat's guidance on rates and the pros and cons of different types of loans (in this crazy market) was extremely helpful. And the online systems for document submission made everything easy. Five stars, highly recommend, and we'll use them again if we buy again!
