Lack of concern over an open wound and lack of urgency with a wound vac led to my having sepsis and gangrene. Would I have waited for them to return instead of going to the ER I would probably have died.

Terrible. They didn't do the bloodwork they were supposed to do which might have prevented a hospital stay. The "PT" therapist was a waste and all they did was spend their time on the phone talking and the other one trusted they could bathe themselves. Then when the patient reported the the visiting regular nurse she was having trouble walking and felt weak her suggestion was to "get a cat".
