We went to a home show at the Georgia Fairgrounds last weekend. Patio Enclosures had a booth set up. The lady at the booth was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She was not pushy at all. We went ahead and set up an in home appointment for a salesperson to come talk to us about enclosing our back porch. The salesperson arrived promptly at the appointed time. We are dissatisfied with our experience and regret using this company. We took out a loan for 42k expecting a functional patio enclosure; however, we are dealing with water leaking in and no response from the company on resolving this issue. The worst part of it all is, the technician informed his supervisor that there was going to be an issue with water leaking in but he finished the install anyway and did not inform us of the flaw. Follow-up to previous post. Received a call from a Patio Enclosure representative concerning our issue. I believe the representative was genuinely concerned about our issue and offered suggestions to resolve this issue. We are totally satisfied now and look forward to decorating and enjoying our enclosure. Thanks Patio Enclosure for standing by your warranty!
Pete came out and did a great job with giving us a proposal for our future 3 seasons room. Very thorough and answered all our questions.
