My experience today with Mr. John Freeman of Patio Enclosures was very pleasant and informative. I appreciate the level of care that he put into explaining the process of the project with me. He even went as far as to allow my elderly skeptic of a mother an opportunity to to hear what he was working on. He also presented pricing options that would be ideal for my budget. After having our meeting, there is no doubt I will be working with them in the future.
Nelson WATTERS answered all our questions in the most professional way. We could not be happier with how well he showed us options to meet our specific needs! He was available by phone and text as we worked through those options. Definitely an A+ experience.
Once we got Martinez and his crew on the job everything went smooth. As we originally hoped it would. Martinez and his crew were very professional and addressed any concerns. They were very attentive to our questions and addressed them all! Great communication. Always kept us informed of progress and next steps. Had some challenges with the initial crew. Communication and quality was extremely poor! Patio enclosures did a good job of addressing concerns and made everything right in the end.
Nelson was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all aggressive. Offered solutions along with alternatives. I was impressed by his professionalism. It was obvious that he has his clients' best interests in mind.
Todd is a great person. He is willing to work to ensure you are fully informed with the design and build process. He knows how to work options to get the best design for your porch or patio. I trust Todd as he fully disclosed the pros and cons while incorporating your input into the design process, all while trying to stay within your budget. I would recommend Todd for your patio project.
