I had a Patio Enclosure room installed in 2019. It has never not leaked. I have had approximately 10 service technicians come to the property to fix the leaks. Each time they say “this should fix the problem. If it doesn’t they’re going to have to remove the 4 panels”. This has never happened. The technicians continue to apply calking and then hope for the best. Water is leaking as I write this review. I have water in the wall directly below the panels with insulation, electrical wiring and outlets. Additionally there is an ... read more
Can not begin to tell what a fiasco this has been ! The construction began the second week of June. it is now the end of September and my room is not done! Messed up the floor , never mind the electrical issues . Buyer beware!
Dont be fooled by “lifetime warranty” My husband was sitting in our sunroom one afternoon about 8 years ago when a loud explosion and cracking of glass caused him to jump up and look around. On the other side of our sun room a large, double pane picture window, about 3.5 feet by 4 feet, had broken into smithereens.
