Poor communication. Poorly measured windows from supplier. Signed contract for patio enclosure in 2/2025. As of late June 2025, project has not been completed. It is partly complete.
They were horrendous and do shoddy work.This company has very bad communication. No one from upper management would respond to our emails. It is because of this, our project ended up taking 7 months to complete, which is ridiculous. At one point, we were told by Nick Griseto that all of their qualified leads were working on jobs out of state. This made it seem like our project was not a priority.
