An experience I'm hoping to never go through again. Overall, I'm offering a 3 star review (2½ if I'm honest). The only thing that saved this installation was the crew that came and did the work. Ryan & crew were among the most knowledgeable, orderly, professional and efficient installers I've ever had the pleasure to work with! 5 star review for these guys!! But now for the office...ugh. Had patio enclosure , install a sunroom for me. Had issues with the installation as well as the screens that they supplied. I asked Them to replace the doors with the screens issue. Instead they send a guy out with a roll of screen. Replacement screens sure didn't look like they did when they came from the factory. It is a shame that they will not order you doors with screens. And they send somebody out to repair a brand new product. Very poor job does not look like what I paid $18000. Be very careful and watch the work th... read more
I was able to find this wonderful company and they did an AMAZING job on my balcony! They always went above beyond, and had excellent customer service! The process was super simple, the customer service was EXCELLENT, it's all custom fitted to my balcony, and they were really fast at getting them installed! Workman ship was excellent. The team was very responsible- when there was damage on the very evening the was completed, they scheduled replacement/repair the very next day. It's the office team is the trouble began. They kept putting off the repair but still demanded full payment. Ther was supposed to be four payments but wanted full payment on the third scheduled pay date. The office rep called to discuss this, they interrupted me three times and I was not allowed to speak. We repeatedly have rain water coming into our 3 season room to the point where we need to leave towels laid along the perimeter of the room. Last year it flooded. Thank goodness my husband was home otherwise it would’ve seeped into our adjoining bedroom. I called customer service, clearly told her the room flooded and how unhappy we were. The employee who came to correct the issue didn’t know what to do, wasn’t told it had flooded and just re-caulked.
