The install crew was top notch and extremely considerate. They did a fantastic job and made sure they cleaned up-they even cleaned my kitchen window! I was left high and dry before the 3 season room was started though when the "office" girl either quit or let go. We're talking 3 weeks before someone reached out to me. The current lady, Andy, has been great in keeping the communication going as the electrical work has not been done yet.
UPDATE 2025: Well apparently we are going to do this every year - patio is leaking from the same spot as it was last year, again. Still not sure who to contact directly about it so maybe they'll see my comment here like last time, and contact me. 2024: Unfortunately I'd advise against having a solarium installed by this company. An experience I'm hoping to never go through again. Overall, I'm offering a 3 star review (2½ if I'm honest). The only thing that saved this installation was the crew that came and did the work. Ryan & crew were among the most knowledgeable, orderly, professional and efficient installers I've ever had the pleasure to work with! 5 star review for these guys!! But now for the office...ugh. I was able to find this wonderful company and they did an AMAZING job on my balcony! They always went above beyond, and had excellent customer service! The process was super simple, the customer service was EXCELLENT, it's all custom fitted to my balcony, and they were really fast at getting them installed! Had patio enclosure , install a sunroom for me. Had issues with the installation as well as the screens that they supplied. I asked Them to replace the doors with the screens issue. Instead they send a guy out with a roll of screen. Replacement screens sure didn't look like they did when they came from the factory. It is a shame that they will not order you doors with screens. And they send somebody out to repair a brand new product. Very poor job does not look like what I paid $18000. Be very careful and watch the work th... read more
