Had a great experience from beginning to end thanks to Chris, Kristi and Jose. The crew did an amazing job and assured me that all the debris in the yard would be removed and it was. Project was finished on time as promised.Thank you. Now I get to enjoy dining on my patio without unwanted guest slithering in. Would definitely recommend.
No communication! Poor craftsmanship! They installed damaged materials knowingly. Then agreed to replace the damaged materials. 5 months later never REPLACED or finished!
I received the basic screened-in patio. I think it was 10 x 10 with a non-shingled roof, 3 power outlets, and a fan. Nothing fancy. The quality of the screen is not the best to me, but what do I know? Perhaps that's how they are supposed to be. (Update: I visited my cousin Renzo, and his was way better quality.). The process from beginning to end was lengthy, but for the most part, smooth. The price is a tad bit steep due to the lifetime warranty. Update 9/9/2025: They have installed the 2 wing windows glass. Needed some follow-up, changed the rating to 4 stars. Overall quality of the materials and workmanship was good. ---------------- Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements have come short on completing our sunroom project. 2 wing glass windows are not installed and instead they have placed 2 plywood boards as in the picture.
