I received the basic screened-in patio. I think it was 10 x 10 with a non-shingled roof, 3 power outlets, and a fan. Nothing fancy. The quality of the screen is not the best to me, but what do I know? Perhaps that's how they are supposed to be. (Update: I visited my cousin Renzo, and his was way better quality.). The process from beginning to end was lengthy, but for the most part, smooth. The price is a tad bit steep due to the lifetime warranty. I have worked with several companies and have had a positive experience. Matt (sales associate) was the BEST by far. I have a phobia when it comes to high dollar purchases, but Matt helped me through it buy just keeping the purchase on a high note with laughter and personal conversation. Patio Enclosures got the measurements correct, the installers were on their game and finished the project the same day... WOW !!!!!! Update 9/9/2025: They have installed the 2 wing windows glass. Needed some follow-up, changed the rating to 4 stars. Overall quality of the materials and workmanship was good. ---------------- Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements have come short on completing our sunroom project. 2 wing glass windows are not installed and instead they have placed 2 plywood boards as in the picture. We cannot commend Patio Enclosures enough! From sales (Chris) to measuring (Jose), to the installation (and cleaned up all debris) this team delivered exceptional service. They underpromised and overdelivered. I wish we had another patio to enclose! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
