We had a great experience with this company. They truly take their customers seriously and stand behind their work. While it took some time to schedule the service due to staffing availability, the communication was clear throughout the process. Brent Lindsey came to our house to check on our patio for enclosure. He was so knowledgeable on what he is doing. And explained to me everything I need to know. He so patient with me because I have a lot of questions and he answered everything that I need to know. He is really good in what he is doing. Very nice and respectful guy. I enjoyed talking to him. If you need someone to check on patio enclosure project look no other than Brent Lindsey. Request him. I’m glad he was the one they send to my house for estimates.
No communication! Poor craftsmanship! They installed damaged materials knowingly. Then agreed to replace the damaged materials. 5 months later never REPLACED or finished!
Had a great experience from beginning to end thanks to Chris, Kristi and Jose. The crew did an amazing job and assured me that all the debris in the yard would be removed and it was. Project was finished on time as promised.Thank you. Now I get to enjoy dining on my patio without unwanted guest slithering in. Would definitely recommend.
Update 9/9/2025: They have installed the 2 wing windows glass. Needed some follow-up, changed the rating to 4 stars. Overall quality of the materials and workmanship was good. ---------------- Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements have come short on completing our sunroom project. 2 wing glass windows are not installed and instead they have placed 2 plywood boards as in the picture.
