First off, I do love the part of my room that has been finished. We started the project in June 2024 though, and I'm still waiting on the work to be completed. The communication from the company is abysmal. They are always happy to call when you need to make a payment, but that is literally the only time I've had them call me. I have initiated many calls, and sometimes do get a call back. There are always reasons they can't finish my project, and they may be legit, but pro-active communication goes a long way. Our experience with KC Patio Enclosures took place during Aug '21- July '22. Deposit in Aug. Started patio in Jan ' 22 (we were charged 95% of costs at this time) and the local company abandoned an unfinished patio by the end of the month. We spent Feb-June dealing with unresponsive supervisors and untrained crews. We tried to escalate our case to the headquarters in Texas & reached out for help with a local lawyer. We just love our Patio Enclosure! Sandi was great. She worked with us to get the perfect patio. She really made sure to show us what the final patio would look like. Patrick and his installation crew were awesome! They came in to prepared the deck then installed our beautiful patio, cleaning up afterwards; in a couple days. All we had to do was enjoy our brand new patio. Thank you Sandi, Patrick and crew
We signed a contract in early March to have our carport converted to a sun room. Finally had the project completed at the end of July. Still haven't had it inspected. They never had a permit issued for it with St. Louis county. Left many messages and was assured they are working on it. Almost October and still no inspection. No one answers my calls or returns my messages. We are happy with the completed project but need to have the inspection to have it truly finished.
BUYER BEWARE, COMPANY: Patio Enclosures, based out of Ohio and has satellite offices around the United States, is one of the most poorly run companies in America. They have no respect for the consumer. They do not honor their warranty. The workmanship is absolutely terrible. A rating of "1" is way too high.
