Chelsey Riggins, Operations Administrator in the Minneapolis office has given us the BEST customer service throughout our project. The project itself has been a difficult journey, but Chelsey has always been extremely attentive to our needs and requests and has always promptly connected us to the right contractor. In addition to being very attentive and organized, she is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond to make sure we get assistance. She is fantastic to work with!
Hope was very patient with my wife and I, as we had never gotten a major bid for our house before. She worked with us for over 3 hrs, explaining the different construction options and financing plans. She was also busy taking measurements, and planning out our new sunroom. I would enthusiastically recommend her if you need an estimate.
Hope came out to visit us today and I was so amazed by her! It wasn’t a canned sales pitch, it was so real and genuine! She so patiently showed us all all our options and was wonderful to work work with. I had planned to get three different estimates before deciding but it was clear that the time she spent with us was what we needed. We are totally sold with Patio Enclosures and Hope that it made the decision very easy. We couldn’t be happier and cannot wait for our wonderful new living space!
I worked with Matthew McConnell on a project. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what we were looking for. He gave us some great options and the pricing was very reasonable. While we decided not to go this route at this time, we will be more than willing to work with Matthew on future projects.
I purchased a patio enclosure sunroom. Three years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the room. Since it's been put up, I was informed the people putting it up. Were smoking pot while they were putting it up. I was informed the manager had beaten his child, and the room has water in it. Covering the rug every spring I continue to call patio. Enclosures, I get no response, I have to call the public safety people, and then they finally respond. They've been out here at least ten times it is still not fixed.I do not recom... read more
