Very pleased with the whole process for a sunroom construction. Johnny Norwood was the sales rep and was very patient with me and put together a great design. Meghan was the coordinator from the office calling me often to keep me informed throughout. Final product is high quality and exactly what I wanted.
Michelle came out to help my wife and I understand, design, and educate ourselves on what potential we had for our back deck area. She was extremely knowledgeable, super easy to talk with, and ultimately left an incredible impression on us. Cant recommend her enough!

The sales person very nice, and we appreciated that Colin was thorough and not pushy with us. Kayla, our initial contact at PE, was wonderful and communicative, but she went on maternity leave (Congrats, Kayla!) and the rest of the experience has been terrible. I would never recommend this company. Our enclosed sunroom roof began leaking with the first rain we had, 24h after project completion. Joey presented your product well. He was thorough and helpful. Allowed for all the questions, I had. The pictures of your completed work were amazing! The materials Joey showed me looked and felt of great quality. You even provided financing to whatever level I needed. I am only rating the presentation of Patio Enclosures not the custom price for my patio.
