The sales person very nice, and we appreciated that Colin was thorough and not pushy with us. Kayla, our initial contact at PE, was wonderful and communicative, but she went on maternity leave (Congrats, Kayla!) and the rest of the experience has been terrible. I would never recommend this company. Our enclosed sunroom roof began leaking with the first rain we had, 24h after project completion. Joey presented your product well. He was thorough and helpful. Allowed for all the questions, I had. The pictures of your completed work were amazing! The materials Joey showed me looked and felt of great quality. You even provided financing to whatever level I needed. I am only rating the presentation of Patio Enclosures not the custom price for my patio.
Very knowledgeable and thorough overview of the company and products. Suggested options to meet my needs. Took careful measurements and consulted with others on his team to get it right the first time. Worked with me on pricing and payment plan to work with my budget.
We have been very happy with our enclosure however we recently had a bad experience with a shattered window. When we called in to have it fixed we were told the warranty did not cover the window as it must have been hit by a bird. The repair man, Joel acknowledged that there was no evidence that a bird caused the break but that it was caused by the extreme heat we had. We signed a contract with this company. In the contract there was a 3 day right of rescission. We liked this because it would give us time to review other reviews on the company and think things over. Thankfully we decided we did not want to go forward. So we hand delivered our cancellation request and mailed a copy “Signature Required”. This is where the problems started.
