From the 2 times Mr. Sam traveled to our home to design and explain The Who what where how and when to the final day of construction- we are very happy! We have a very big porch that we wanted enclosed. The entire process from sales to installation supervisor visit to office manager to the installation crew went so smooth and easy. As we went through the planning it was very customizable. The installation crew did an incredible job and the end result looks amazing!!! The materials are high quality and function great. It’s exactly what we were looking for! We definitely recommend this company and product.
Product great. Amy not so much. Totally love the product, the quality of the install and the installers. If you ever have questions and get Amy don’t expect to get anything but hassled, avoids your questions and be prepared to be told “ you should have asked before you signed the contract tract.” I almost cancelled it but based on product and install I’m glad I didn’t. But hope I never have to interact with her again!
