They just finished the enclosure. They give us a 1 year warranty. The patio looks amazing! We won't be eaten by mosquitos anymore. Love it. Very professional. Alex worked here pretty much by himself, he was very meticulous about his work. We were impressed with his professionalism. Will update if something bad happens but so far we haven't noticed anything wrong with the work done.
UPDATE NUMBER 4 Still have not heard anything back from anyone....now on month number 5 of the project not being completed...All i ask for is communication. How does a company find it ok to just ignored their customers... UPDATE* number 3 Had someone call me and say they will be back in contact next week....we'll, the week came and went, nothing. Hello, We purchased a custom build pool enclosure that included a super gutter with Hartshorn Custom Contracting in 2021. It stated a 5 year warranty. We've been having issues with the leaks at both ends of the super gutter way back but they have not fixed it. We tried calling them and after looking at the pictures, they emailed back saying that the leaks are not covered. (See pics below. I had a patio installed in 2023. It was improperly sealed along the one side and you could see light through it and didn’t pass inspection. They came out multiple times to “fix” it. That fix didn’t even last a year. It started leaking August 4, 2024. Trying to get them to come out and fix this has been horrible. This was still within our warranty period. In fact, we are telling all our friends and family never to use this company.
