We had a glass patio installed and Theodore our sales person did a great job. He explained everything so we could understand and the product is of high quality. We are enjoying pir new space and thank you Theodore and Patio Enclosures, Roger &Pat Moreau
I met with a few contractors, but the quality and the professionalism and expertise of Theodore, my design consultant, made the decision easy. I have never owned such well-designed and functional sliding windows! My porch used to be an old screen room, I couldn't use it, but now I love being in my new sunroom every day! We just had Max Traverse sales rep for patio enclosures visit us this morning. Very polite great sense of humor and explain things very well. Give us some good ideas things we hadn’t thought about. I give him an A+. He gave us a quote and we both,My husband and I fell out of our chairs. 1/3 of our home a 15x18. I feel for Max selling a very overpriced product even with all the lifetime warranties it has to offer. We wanted to share the outstanding experience we had with Patio Enclosures. From the start with the Sales Rep (Mark) to the installation team (Ross, Troy, Erik, Daniel) the process was professional with great customer service and top quality work. Definitely worth the cost because of product quality. Highly recommend considering talking to Patio Enclosures if you want to improve your porch experience.
