We recently had a sunroom completed by Patio Enclosures and overall we are extremely happy with the final product. The room turned out beautiful and has honestly become the most used room in our house. The quality of the build, the amount of natural light, and the overall look completely changed the feel of our home. I had a great experience with Patio Enclosures. Their area sales manager, Brad Lee (ask for him) was amazing. He explained everything involved with my screened porch project and educated me thoroughly on what will be done and why. He arranged all permits and dealt with my gated community’s strict HOA modifications committee. He spent a long time making pictures of what my screened room will look like he advised me about materials, colors, and all decisions to create my dream porch. We researched several companies before calling on Patio Enclosures. They were professional from the first call with reservations. The Design Consultant Jason V. arrived to our home on time and professional . He explained all of the beautiful options they could build for us. We decided on the Glass Sunroom with Gable roof. Jason was able to show us a 3d visualization on his iPad of what our new sunroom will look like when completed. Jason was amazing and made it easy to purchase. 5 Star service!
I want start by saying I found it funny how they only replied to the 5 star reviews. Anyways I got my sunroom done by Patio Enclosures about 6 months ago. 1st off the sales person came and told us about it and was really nice but when asked her how the screens would hold up to dogs and weather she said that they were fine against weather and dogs(lie). I understand that dogs will be dogs and they don't know any better. That was a mistake on my part for not understanding that screen walls cannot hold up to dogs. 2nd part it t... read more
