I had an appointment scheduled and 10 minutes before the appointment, they called and said that the salesperson was not in that day. They had all day to let me know. I rescheduled for later in the week and that day they also called to let me know that the salesperson did not come in. I found out that others had problems with quality of materials, craftsmanship and poor communication. I guess I’m lucky that they never showed up.

We started the process back in November of 2024, we were told it would take 14 to 16 weeks. Now it's the end of July and we still have an incomplete sunroom, 2 sections of the eves on our house still cut open exposed to weather, the rain water still leaks thru the seams instead of running to gutter. JC is a great presenter/designer and so much more thorough than other presentations. We got to feel the product, see the differences in quality and the best thing is the ability to take a photo of our house, build it to our specifications and see what it looks like virtually before we make the decision. We recently had a sunroom completed by Patio Enclosures and overall we are extremely happy with the final product. The room turned out beautiful and has honestly become the most used room in our house. The quality of the build, the amount of natural light, and the overall look completely changed the feel of our home. We researched several companies before calling on Patio Enclosures. They were professional from the first call with reservations. The Design Consultant Jason V. arrived to our home on time and professional . He explained all of the beautiful options they could build for us. We decided on the Glass Sunroom with Gable roof. Jason was able to show us a 3d visualization on his iPad of what our new sunroom will look like when completed. Jason was amazing and made it easy to purchase. 5 Star service!
