We started the process back in November of 2024, we were told it would take 14 to 16 weeks. Now it's the end of July and we still have an incomplete sunroom, 2 sections of the eves on our house still cut open exposed to weather, the rain water still leaks thru the seams instead of running to gutter. I had an appointment scheduled and 10 minutes before the appointment, they called and said that the salesperson was not in that day. They had all day to let me know. I rescheduled for later in the week and that day they also called to let me know that the salesperson did not come in. I found out that others had problems with quality of materials, craftsmanship and poor communication. I guess I’m lucky that they never showed up.
